Was very clean and about a 10 minute drive away from all the places we wanted to go. Not much in walking vicinity. The bedrooms were nice, especially the king bed. Also, the hosts were responsive when we had questions and were especially accommodating when we had a request.

Super satisfait ! La réactivité de Jacob a été excellente sur tout le séjour et nous avons trouvé le logement vraiment bien adapté à notre famille avec adolescents. Bien placé avec des nombreux restaurants dans les environs, les quelques jours chez Jacob nous ont permis de nous ressourcer pour mieux profiter de nos visites et activités.

Really great location one block from the beach. Perfect accomodations for our family of seven. it was really nice to have three full bathrooms. It was clean, comfortable, uncluttered, and well stocked. The cart, beach chairs, umbrella, sand toys, and boogies boards were exactly what we needed for beach days. The parking spots in the garage were tight, especially with a pole between the spots but the hosts were completely upfront about it. Our rental mini-van fit fine and it was really nice to have parking with the unit.

So happy this Airbnb is right on the beach! Loved waking up to sunrises and watching sunsets. They have been very supportive and engaging. We really appreciated how helpful they have been.

What a wonderful experience! The residence was exactly as described and better! I can best describe the dwelling as a cottage or detached in-law apartment perfect for a single or couple, set back from the street. Bed was very comfortable, and that was very important! Area is a quiet neighborhood, ample parking, everything one would need for a relaxing vacation.

Our stay at Jacob’s was great! The house was just as described on the sight. It was pristine and beautiful. The rooms were very spacious and had lots of light and the beds were very comfortable. The check in was easy and the neighbors great. We had a couple questions once we arrived and they responded very quickly and were very helpful. We had a lovely stay!

Stayed here with my family of 4. Easy walk to the beach and park. Bay was at our front door. Very comfortable and quiet place. The view was amazing. Honestly it was perfect. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Great location with easy access to everything you would want to do in San Diego. Our family of 4 felt very comfortable in the house and the hospitality team were very responsive. We had a great time!

This is probably the best airbnb I've stayed in overall. I travel alot and this had everything that I needed and more. Price, location, amenities, linens, cleanliness, all around 5 Stars
