Great place to stay! Me and some friends stayed here for a weekend and we had no issues and rooms were nice and clean. Only 10 mins away from gaslamp and in a safe neighborhood in front of the school. Would stay here when coming to san diego. Thank you!

This was a last minute check-in after a horrible experience 1 hour before. Even with a last second booking, Jacob was onto of communication. We had entry code 2 minutes after arriving. His house is Amazing. You can tell he takes pride in his home and your experience. If we ever make it back to San Diego again....I'm looking for this place first!! Thank you Jacob

If you are looking for peaceful place to relax this place will provide that. It’s beautiful and hosts were very respectful and quick to respond to any and all questions. My brothers loved the place even though it was mostly used for resting for most of their stay. Thanks again for y’alls hospitality.

A fantastic stay in North Park! Extremely clean and well maintained, within walking distance of plenty of great restaurants/coffee shops. Host was extremely responsive and all instructions were clear and very helpful. Would absolutely recommend!

I had such a wonderful stay here! The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and felt even better than the pictures. The bed was extremely comfortable, and all the little touches (fresh towels, stocked kitchen essentials, and thoughtful amenities) made it feel like home.
The location was perfect. Close to everything I needed but still quiet and relaxing. Check-in was seamless, and communication with them was excellent, quick, clear, and very welcoming. It’s obvious they truly care about making their guests comfortable.
I’d live here if I could! Thank you for everything!

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was so close to everything in Pacific Beach, the beach, restaurants, bars, grocery store. We were able to walk everywhere. They provided lots of beach supplies which made the beach so much more fun and enjoyable. The kitchen had all of the necessities we needed. Everyone was very kind and so quick to respond to messages. We would definitely stay here again!!

I loved staying here! Communication with host was great! I felt safe the whole time which was a BIG priority for me as I was traveling alone.
I was going to SDSU for the week and wanted a place that was not too far to walk. I will mention when I first googled it, google wanted me to walk down this path that looked more like a hike. I ended up taking the route that walks the main road instead, it only added on an extra 5 mintues. I would say for me that was still worth it. There was only one bigger/steeper hill on the way to get to the school right when you leave the house, but other than that I found the hills to be on the smaller side.
The home itself was just perfect for me! The kitchen was very functional and had everything I needed. I also used the washer/dryer & was very grateful there was laundry soup there as I forgot to pick some up. The AC unit in the main room was perfect. The bed & linens very comfortable.
I would 100% stay here again. It was perfect for me!

What an excellent place to stay! Jacob and Nancy were on top of everything — all details pertaining to our stay were laid out perfectly, leaving us with no questions to ask, which is amazing! The home was clean, well appointed, and we definitely recommend it. These folks, and their home deserve all five stars through and through.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Jacob’s place. Everything was exactly like the photos and was perfect for our group of 4. Jacob and his group were extremely helpful and responsive.
I’d highly suggest this stay if you are looking for somewhere in the San Diego area. And I can’t wait to return!

My gf and I wanted to have a few quiet days in the San Diego area after a work conference in Huntington Beach, and we found the best location. Top floor, quiet, great views, very clean, had everything we needed - excellent place! The beds were cozy, showers hot, amazing split units in between he rooms kept the temp perfect in all rooms! Easy to access with great parking! At the center of many attractions: they communicated well and responded to us in a timely fashion to resolve/answer questions. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a quiet retreat
