It was the perfect place to celebrate our anniversary! House looks even better in person. Spacious, clean and cozy! Beds were comfy and we enjoyed the hot tub! Kitchen was well stocked. At night we would watch a movie and turn on the fire place. It was lovely! Plenty of beach towels to use. Our kids loved the extra beach toys as well, and wagon to carry chairs and whatever else you need for a day at the beach. We loved how close the beach was to the house…literally just several steps! We also miss the views from the huge windows in the living room. Perfect location to not only the beach but parks, stores and restaurants! Neighborhood’s pretty safe and quiet. Hosts were always responsive and friendly. This was our first time in Carlsbad and we would love to come back and book this airbnb again! We had an amazing time!

The place was exactly as described and perfect for what we were looking for! Jacob and Nancy were extremely responsive and communicate everything with us before and during our stay! They were easy to reach and responded within an hour when I had questions! Highly recommend. Great place!

The best location, right around the corner from the beach! Jacob and Nancy were super responsive, the house was really well stocked, and the house was clean and big. It was perfect, we’ll be back for our next staycation in Carlsbad!
