House rules

No parties whatsoever. Quiet time inside the unit and outside on the patio MUST be observed from 10pm-8am. The HOA will assess penalties from fines to removal from rental program - please help us to comply. Smoking is not allowed (this includes marijuana and vapes). We have a Ring doorbell camera outside to ensure that only guests on the reservation are on the property. We have a noise detector inside the unit that will alert us to any loud noise issues. If these policies are violated it will result in the reservation being terminated with no refund and the guest being asked to leave the premises immediately.

Spacious condo & awesome location! Everything in the condo was pristine. The location is close to restaurants, shops & Ralph’s grocery store. Very short walk to the boardwalk & beach. We appreciated that they provided beach chairs, an umbrella & wagon. We would definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed Jacob and Nancy's place. We had a few questions, and they were very responsive. The condo was comfortable, clean, and exactly as described. We had 4 kids ages 11-18 with us, and the condo was perfect for us to have enough space. It is one block from Pacific Beach, the boardwalk, restaurants, shops, and a grocery store - we were able to walk to everything we needed. It was also just a few blocks from Mission Bay. During our stay, lifeguards were on the beach from 8am to 8:30pm, offering a measure of safety for swimming in the ocean. We really appreciated the beach chairs (4), boogie boards (2), and umbrella that we could use at the beach. I highly recommend Jacob and Nancy as hosts and this condo as an excellent place to stay at the beach. We would happily stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay at Jacob and Nancy’s townhome. It is spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. It is also well located — across the street from the beach and within short easy walks to many restaurants, coffee shops, and shopping. We parked our car in the private garage upon arrival, and didn’t need to move it for the entirety of our stay. We also appreciated how responsive Jacob was when we had a few questions. We would be happy to stay here again whenever we return to San Diego!

This was a surfing trip for my son. We had the best time. My son, daughter and myself all got to relax in our own bedrooms after long days at the beach. Great location. We walked almost everywhere. The beach chairs and towels were clean. We used them daily. Highly recommend.

Jacob and Nancy were an absolute fantastic hosts! Their place was immaculate, so clean and with everything needed, we felt right at home. The location was perfect for us, just a quick step from the beach and they were always quick to respond. We highly recommend staying here!

We have stayed in multiple rental properties in multiple countries. Jacob & Nancy's condo was amazing and one of the best rental properties that we have stayed in. The check-in instructions were very detailed with photos and easy to follow. The condo looked just like the photos, and it exceeded our expectations. There were great extra amenities such as coffee plus chairs and an umbrella to take to the beach, which was literally a block away. There are of nice restaurants, some of which were provided as recommendations in the check in manual. A Ralph's supermarket is a short walk away and a great place to rent bicycles is across the street. We like the main bedroom being upstairs and 3 bathrooms, which was perfect for 2 couples and two teenagers. Garage access and security was good also. Jacob and Nancy are outstanding hosts, and their condo is outstanding also. We highly recommend it.
