House Rules

Quiet time inside the unit and outside on the balcony MUST be observed from 10pm-8am. This condo is in a residential neighborhood and we have shared walls with our neighbors. Please act as if they are your own neighbors, for a short time, they are! Smoking is not allowed. This includes marijuana and vapes. Parties are not allowed. We have cameras outside to ensure that only guests on the reservation are on the property. If these policies are violated it will result in the reservation being terminated with no refund and the guest being asked to leave the premises immediately.

Stayed here with my family of 4. Easy walk to the beach and park. Bay was at our front door. Very comfortable and quiet place. The view was amazing. Honestly it was perfect. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Loved this place! Close to everything and loved the views. Great layout and perfect place for my family. Loved watching SeaWorld fireworks from the deck every night. Walkable distance to the ocean, but had a great view of the bay. I would recommend 10 out of 10 times.

My husband and I and our 3 children had an amazing stay over the 4th of July weekend. We had the perfect view of all the surrounding firework shows from the bay. The condo has everything you need for a perfect vacation; a well stocked kitchen, beach chairs and umbrellas, a beautiful bay view. After a long day at the beach we loved to come back and rest in the air conditioned rooms. The beds were all comfortable, even the roll-away beds were comfortable. It is in an ideal location and walking distance to restaurants, markets, bars, and Belmont Park. The hosts were responsive and very accommodating.

Excellent place to stay with little ones. Have a 3 and 5 year, and the location can’t be beat. Bayside beach is literally out the back door, very quiet and calm beach that my kids enjoyed all week. Walkable to some good affordable restaurants, a short drive to attractions/downtown/airport. Parking was great for a midsize to compact suv, much better and accessible than a previous place we stayed at in the area. As for the condo itself, very roomy, comfortable and clean. It’s a little dated but we had zero issues with it, again the location is 2nd to none and I would stay here again in a heartbeat. The mini split AC’s are a nice bonus for the area, beds comfortable, easy access. Jacob and Nancy were very responsive and a pleasure to deal with, highly recommend. Would stay here again in the future.
