- Quiet hours in the backyard are from 10pm to 8am to respect our residential neighborhood. Our neighbors appreciate the peace, and noise complaints could result in involvement from local authorities. - Smoking of any kind (including marijuana and vapes) is strictly prohibited. - Parties and events are not allowed. Only registered guests are permitted on the property, and we have outdoor cameras to monitor compliance. - Unfortunately, pets are not allowed. ***Violating any of these policies will result in the reservation being canceled without a refund, and guests will be required to vacate the property. This was an extremely clean property. What was most impressive was the amenities provided. The entire house was fully stocked with essential supplies and more. They seem to have thought of everything, right down to laundry supplies, every cooking tool you would need, and kitchen pantry essentials. We even enjoyed a game of Uno and Monopoly, compliments of the owners. I would 100% recommend this property. It appears to be newly remodeled and is conveniently located near many attractions. Overall, we lucked up. It was reasonably priced, the owners are very responsive, and we would rent from them again.
