✈️ The property is located under a flight path. While most guests aren’t affected, those sensitive to noise should be aware. 🚧 Backyard construction is scheduled to begin in January 2025 and is expected to be completed by mid to late 2025. There may be occasional noise, but we block the calendar during the loudest phases to minimize disruption. During this time, the driveway may be unavailable; however, ample free street parking is always available nearby. 🏠 House Rules: • No parties or events • Only registered guests allowed — no unregistered visitors or overnight guests • Quiet hours: 10 PM – 8 AM • Smoking of any kind—including cigarettes, marijuana, and vaping—is strictly prohibited both inside and outside the property. A $250 fine will be imposed for any violation of this policy

Our neighbors appreciate the peace, and noise complaints could result in involvement from local authorities. - Smoking of any kind (including marijuana and vapes) is strictly prohibited. - Parties and events are not allowed. Was very clean and about a 10 minute drive away from all the places we wanted to go. Not much in walking vicinity. The bedrooms were nice, especially the king bed. Also, the hosts were responsive when we had questions and were especially accommodating when we had a request.
