- Quiet hours in the backyard are from 10pm to 8am to respect our residential neighborhood. Our neighbors appreciate the peace, and noise complaints could result in involvement from local authorities. - Smoking of any kind (including marijuana and vapes) is strictly prohibited. - Parties and events are not allowed. Only registered guests are permitted on the property, and we have outdoor cameras to monitor compliance. - Noise detectors inside the home will alert us if the noise levels exceed acceptable limits, ensuring the space is not being used for parties or loud gatherings. - Unfortunately, pets are not allowed. ***Violating any of these policies will result in the reservation being canceled without a refund, and guests will be required to vacate the property. I had a great experience staying at this Airbnb! The place was exactly as described — clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The host was incredibly responsive and friendly, providing clear check-in instructions and great local recommendations. The location was perfect but still quiet and peaceful at night. Only thing is the restroom sliding door wasn’t working, it wouldn’t close fully. The bed was super comfortable and the Wi-Fi was fast. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Jacob and Nancy sent clear instructions on checking in. We had no issues with the house except for two rooms had no curtains. It gets super bright in the mornings. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, including ice packs to beach towels. The AC worked very well. I especially loved the provided coffee from Kirkland. Thank you it really helped on the tired mornings. The shower in the master bedroom is amazing! The beds were okay. Their differently used and worn down. The carpet in the rooms were dirty. The carpet in the living is a outside wicked carpet that moves and anyone can trip easily. Otherwise, it served our purpose of our stay. Thank you.
