The building is well insulated, but occasional sounds from neighboring units may be heard. 🔹Please also note that neighbors may occasionally pass through the patio to collect packages that are mistakenly delivered there. Thanks for your understanding! 🔹For parking, be sure to approach the spot at an angle to avoid blocking our neighbor’s driveway. 🚫 Pet Policy (No Pets Allowed) • No pets are permitted at this property • Applies to cats, dogs, and all other animals • This policy protects guests with allergies and helps maintain the condition of our furnishings • Violations may result in additional cleaning fees or removal from the property 🏠 House Rules • The primary guest who makes the reservation must be physically present for the entire stay. Third-party bookings are not permitted. • The total number of guests must be accurately specified at the time of booking. Unregistered visitors or overnight guests are not permitted. • No parties or events • Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM • Smoking of any kind (including cigarettes, marijuana, and vaping) is strictly prohibited inside and outside the property. This includes providing a government-issued ID, basic contact information, the purpose of your stay, signing a short rental agreement, and submitting the refundable $500 security deposit. House Rules

Quiet time inside the unit and outside on the patio MUST be observed from 10pm-8am. This condo is in a residential neighborhood and we have shared walls with our neighbors. Please act as if they are your own neighbors, for a short time, they are! Smoking is not allowed. This includes marijuana and vapes. Parties are not allowed. We have cameras outside to ensure that only guests on the reservation are on the property. We have a noise monitor inside the unit that will alert us to any loud noise issues. If these policies are violated it will result in the reservation being terminated with no refund and the guest being asked to leave the premises immediately.

Furthermore, you are a 10 minute walk from Balboa Park. With that said, the condo is just far enough away from the hustle and bustle, situated on a quiet residential street, allowing for a restful and and peaceful stay. You will have full access to the unit including the private parking space in front of the garage. Please note that you must approach the parking spot at an angle, so as not to block our neighbor's driveway.

Jacob’s place is in a great central location. It was close to everything; freeways, Balboa park, Coronado, shopping and food. It also was comfortable for our little family of 3. The rooms were big and the beds were very comfortable. Would definitely stay here again!

Great spot in North park walking distance to some great restaurants and coffee shops but also super peaceful and quiet :) Loved the comfy couch, well stocked kitchen and modern design of the place. Felt like a real home!

We had a wonderful stay at Jacob's place in North Park. The home is located in a quiet, lovely neighborhood with several great restaurants within walking distance (shout out to the hosts' restaurant recommendations - they were uniformly excellent). The place was very well maintained, extremely clean, and exactly as described. We were traveling with a baby and a young child, and the pack n play, high chair, and step stool were incredibly helpful and made our stay much easier. Check-in and check-out were seamless, and the hosts were very kind and responsive. We would happily stay here again!

My family (2 kids 2 adults) and I stayed here right before Thanksgiving. The house is well situated near the major attractions and was a great home base while we explored San Diego. Would stay again

The condo is situated very centrally in the city. There is public transportation nearby, however if you plan to explore San Diego more extensively, you will likely want a car or will have to take Uber or Lyft. Here are some driving times for your reference: 5 min from the San Diego Zoo and the Balboa Park Museums, 10 min from Downtown/Gas Lamp/Little Italy, 15 min from the airport, 15 min from Coronado Beach, 17 min from Ocean Beach, 20 min from La Jolla Shores Beach, and 23 min from Torrey Pines Beach.
