Furthermore, our super central location makes for an ideal launch pad for exploring San Diego!

Good to know

This unit features two master bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom, and a long hallway in between ensuring privacy. The first floor features an open concept living room, dining room, kitchen, and a half bathroom. The second floor features both bedrooms and a hallway with the washer and dryer. The third floor is an open loft office space and is equipped with a high end Fully standing desk, Autonomous adjustable chair, and HDMI monitor, perfect for those that need a set up to work from home. We also have two high quality Twin XL (easily fit adults) folding beds with memory foam mattresses stationed on the third floor. The patio space is private and features a propane grill and patio dining set with an umbrella and string lights. PLEASE NOTE: Our neighbors may walk through the patio at times to retrieve packages, as often they are delivered on our patio.

There are no shared floors or ceilings, however there are shared walls on two sides of the condo. While the building is well insulated for sound, you may at times hear our neighbors.

House rules

Quiet time inside the unit and outside on the patio MUST be observed from 10pm-8am. This condo is in a residential neighborhood and we have shared walls with our neighbors. Please act as if they are your own neighbors, for a short time, they are! Smoking is not allowed. This includes marijuana and vapes. Parties are not allowed. We have cameras outside to ensure that only guests on the reservation are on the property. We have a noise monitor inside the unit that will alert us to any loud noise issues. If these policies are violated it will result in the reservation being terminated with no refund and the guest being asked to leave the premises immediately.

North Park is one of the hippest neighborhoods in San Diego. Boasting a walk score of "93 - Walker's Paradise" you'll have numerous coffee shops, restaurants, breweries, bars, grocery stores, all within a few blocks. Furthermore, you are a 10 minute walk from Balboa Park. With that said, the condo is just far enough away from the hustle and bustle, situated on a quiet residential street, allowing for a restful and and peaceful stay. Guest Access

You will have full access to the unit including the private parking space in front of the garage. Please note that you must approach the parking spot at an angle, so as not to block our neighbor's driveway.

We stayed here as a family of 4. The place has everything you need and nothing you don’t! The entire place was clean! Nice sleeping spaces, clean bathrooms, and an extra little office space. The neighborhood is perfect for families. Walkable to food & coffee options and only a 15-20 min drive to all the San Diego beaches and attractions we wanted to visit. Wish we could live here!! It’s a sweet little neighborhood.

We enjoyed a comfortable and relaxing experience, felt at home. Our two young children loved it as well. Jacob was very organized, friendly and responsive. Easy walk to Influx for coffee and breakfast. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a great experience staying at Jacob's. He was always quick to respond to any questions we had and his home is very welcoming. It was great to stay there and we wouldn't hesitate to stay there again! It's in a very walkable neighborhood, close to shops and restaurants and a short drive away to Balboa Park and other attractions.

We had a pleasant stay at Jacob’s with our family. The unit has everything we need as a family. There are two rooms available and the bathrooms are clean. There are many restaurants nearby and it is close to various groceries shops that makes our stay extra easy.

Clean, comfortable, nicely decorated, and spacious. Had a few nice touches like extra fans and bedding. Very centrally-located to everything we wanted to do, and a short walk from coffee shops and restaurants. It's a townhouse so you do share walls with neighbors who you can occasionally hear. But overall we loved staying here!

The condo is situated very centrally in the city. There is public transportation nearby, however if you plan to explore San Diego more extensively, you will likely want a car or will have to take Uber or Lyft. Here are some driving times for your reference: 5 min from the San Diego Zoo and the Balboa Park Museums, 10 min from Downtown/Gas Lamp/Little Italy, 15 min from the airport, 15 min from Coronado Beach, 17 min from Ocean Beach, 20 min from La Jolla Shores Beach, and 23 min from Torrey Pines Beach.
