This little house was so cute! it was no problem to find, street parking was easy, it's close to SDSU, check in instructions were very clear. One thing to know is that the bedroom of the casita is directly next to the main house's patio, and sound travels.

I stayed from Monday and checked out on Friday morning. Nancy was accommodating, she worked with me in allowing both my son and I to check in early. Respectful and responded to my messages immediately. The area was good, never had a difficult time with parking. Street parking was available in front of the property which was convenient. Quiet area. The place was exactly what the pictures shows. I would definitely recommend and will rebook for my next trip to San Diego.

Great place to stay. In a quiet neighborhood and easy to relax. Casita is located behind the house but it’s it own section and to yourself. Highly recommend and would stay again. Responsive host and everything they said was clear and easy to follow

We enjoyed our stay at the Casita’s after staying at the big house with our extended family. It was spacious and well designed for comfort. I loved drinking my morning coffee at the comfy outdoor table. Very relaxing and the hosts are amazingly helpful.

My daughter & I really enjoyed our stay! She will be attending SDSU in the Fall so hopefully we will get the opportunity to stay again. The casita is the perfect size for two & is decorated so cute! We always found street parking easily no matter what time of day/night. We did not cook much besides using the microwave but I did notice the kitchen was well-stocked. The bathroom has a hair dryer & good shampoo/conditioner/body wash - no need to bring any from home. The bed is very comfy as is the couch. The little dining table and desk are perfect & nice addition to the space. There were extra towels and an extra blanket. I have to say my favorite part is the private patio complete with a table & chairs AND a beautiful wall of blooming jasmine. It was a perfect place to sit, enjoy the floral-scented breeze and sunshine. The neighborhood is surprisingly peaceful considering it is in a relatively urban area. We enjoyed being able to walk to the local coffee shop. Close to SDSU&Trader Joes

The casita is a lovely place to stay! The space is laid out well, with separate bedroom and living spaces. It's very clean and well appointed. The furnishings are tasteful and comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need, with a nice, big refrigerator. The shower is great. I really appreciated the washer and dryer inside the unit. The street is quiet and pretty, despite being close to a bustling college area. We were always able to find parking very close by on the street. I also liked that it was a stand-alone unit, providing extra privacy. The hosts were polite and responsive from my first correspondence. They answered all our questions helpfully and respectfully. Also during our stay, they were very quick to help with anything that came up. When we needed something, they left it by the door, respecting our privacy. We were very happy there!
