Such a beautiful and peaceful stay. I’d highly recommend this place! I loved waking up and seeing the ocean and how spacious the apartment was. The neighborhood was quiet and just overall so peaceful. Next time I’m in Oceanside, I’ll be sure to book here again!

We went to San Diego for our son's graduation from SDSU and this casita could not have been more perfect. The location was so close to the school. The casita was so clean and adorable. It met all of our expectations and then some. Jake and Nancy take very good care of their rental and it shows. So glad we did not opt for a hotel and went with our very first Airbnb!!!

Totally great stay! The place is exactly as described and as shown in the pictures; it was both comfortably cozy and totally clean. I can be a bit particular about a few things: furniture comfort, lighting, and cleanliness. Jake's place has comfy beds and sofa, plenty of dimmable lights, and it was very clean - yay! The walkable neighborhood has a lot going on, but the house and small yard sit a bit elevated above the street so it felt very private. I defintely recommend.

Beautiful place, as described. Sunset views from the living room or walk 100 feet to the beach. Safe location, no issues with parking (had 3 cars at some points), even with street sweeping day. Easy access to freeway, Oceanside, Carlsbad. My only suggestion is based on my personal preference but would be access to more blankets/bedding -only thin comforter and sheet on the beds. Excellent proactive communication. Will definitely return. Thank you.

We loved staying at this North Park apartment! It was a great location and the unit was super spacious, lots of room for our family of 5. The beds were very comfortable and the shower was great - lots of pressure and hot water. We didn't use the kitchen but it appeared well stocked. Jake was a great host, very responsive and provided excellent communication throughout our stay. Highly recommend!

Absolutely loved this Airbnb. From the moment we arrived, it felt incredibly cozy, comfortable, and homey. Everything was well thought out, and the host made the entire stay so easy with clear instructions and an organized folder filled with helpful information about the home and area. The location was amazing too — close to restaurants, the zoo, and pretty much everything we wanted to do. It made getting around super convenient. Honestly, the only downside was wishing we could’ve stayed longer. This was genuinely one of the best Airbnb experiences I’ve ever had, and I will absolutely be coming back. Highly recommend to anyone considering staying here!

We enjoyed very much staying at the house. It is very comfortable for a couple, quiet, well furnished and it has a nice living room in together with the kitchen. The street is calm and easy to park. If you’re interested to stay close to San Diego State University (as it was our case) this is a perfect location as you can walk there and also to Trader Joes and coffee shops nearby. The only thing that was annoying to me, but this has nothing to do with the house or the owners is the frequent smelling of Marijuana apparently coming from people living nearby.

If you're visiting Oceanside or the surrounding area, this is the place to book! Comfy bed, extremely clean, garage parking, and LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION! You can see and hear the waves for the doorstep! Aside from the property, Jake is an amazing host! He responds almost immediately and is so friendly and helpful! I will definitely be back! 10 out of 10 recommend!

We had a great time while in town to visit family. This house has a great location. Short drive to different parts of town. The beds were very comfortable and loved the blackout curtains in master bedroom. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Also enjoyed the coffee shop just down the street. Jake was a great host, always responsive. I would recommend this place and wouldn't hesitate to stay again if in town.
