✈️ The property is located under a flight path. While most guests aren’t affected, those sensitive to noise should be aware. 🚧 Backyard construction is scheduled to begin in January 2025 and is expected to be completed by mid to late 2025. There may be occasional noise, but we block the calendar during the loudest phases to minimize disruption. During this time, the driveway may be unavailable; however, ample free street parking is always available nearby. 🏠Please note, there is now a large structure in the backyard of this home, so this photo does not accurately reflect the state of the current property 🏠 House Rules: • No parties or events • Only registered guests allowed — no unregistered visitors or overnight guests • Quiet hours: 10 PM – 8 AM • Smoking of any kind—including cigarettes, marijuana, and vaping—is strictly prohibited both inside and outside the property. Private neighborhood and convenient location. Quick drive to many attractions in the city. House is clean and has everything we need. You can hear planes flying over but didn't bother us. Host is very proactive in communication.

Spent 3 nights with family. Home is just as described. It is located in front of a school, but was still pretty quite. We enjoyed our walks here. 5 min drive away from Restaurants and Target. Only thing we found a little issue with was that one of the room gets a little warm at night. Rest all was great. Would stay again.

We had a very experience staying at this place. The house was extremely clean, reasonably priced, the hosts were very responsive, the kitchen had good amenities, the location was also within 10-20 minutes (driving) of a lot of the SD's attractions. Lastly we traveled with an EV and the free charger in the place made our stay very convenient.
