Jake’s place is amazing!! Steps to the water and so many local spots walking distance nearby. The apartment itself is so perfect, we felt right at home! They had everything we needed and the hosts were very responsive for anything we needed including when we accidentally left something behind. Would absolutely love to stay here again!

The house was beautiful, stocked with supplies, easy to check in and out. Area was exactly what we needed. Plenty of room for our family of 6. I would definitely recommend this house and we would use it in the future!

Every thing was great. I forgot to start dish washer before we left. Also ice maker was not working but my son in law fixed it the first day and it worked fine after that. Because it was warm we were in the back yard a lot and really enjoyed it there. I would stay there again next time we go ti Ca.

We had a perfect stay! The home was exactly as pictured and the communication was excellent. We stayed for a month and felt right at home. This cute home has everything you need and is in a great location. Highly recommend!

Great spot! Beautiful view. We originally booked for Friday through Sunday.. then added Monday.. then wanted to go a day early on Thursday. Jake & team were accommodating and quick to respond. Easy peasy. Location is cool. It’s got a view of the ocean. Right when you exit the front gate the beach entrance is right there. I’m saying from door to sand it’s a 90 second walk. There is a nice shared patio with the other 6 or so tenants who I believe are also Airbnb type rentals. The place was clean and had all the spoons pans spatulas etc you would need to just bring food and go.
It was really quiet and peaceful there. Like so tranquil I felt guilty every time one of my kids started puttering around on the wood floor. I would def book again.

Jake's home was a perfect getaway in an AMAZING location! I enjoyed watching the sunsets, literally steps outside the door. Also a great location for walking on the beach and to local restaurants and shops. The apartment had everything I needed for my stay. The home is kept very clean and the bed was comfy! I enjoyed using the BBQ on the common space patio and watching the sunset while I cooked. Jake was very easy to communicate with and made check-in super easy with the directions provided. I would definitely recommend staying at Jake's home and I can't wait to go back again.

Brand new inside. Everything was very clean. Beautiful view of the ocean. The beach was only available 1 day as the tides were high, but still very nice. Would absolutely stay here again. Beautiful home with beautiful views.

Their team very helpful when we had an issue with the HVAC, the space is comfortable, and literally steps to the shore! Beautiful!
Outlets in the bed room made it hard to reach my phone, which could be great for some, but bring a long cable if you need it. Had to adjust the network on the TVs which was annoying(not something I want to be Navigating on vacation), but once I used the extender version of the WiFi it seemed to work a bit better for streaming.
I’m still giving 5stars because I don’t want to be petty and the place as a whole was really nice, but also don’t want people to be surprised by some of the things I experienced. Definitely not a single dealbreaker or big complaint.

We had a wonderful stay! The place was beautiful, spotless, and exactly as described in the listing, everything matched the photos perfectly. It felt incredibly cozy and comfortable, truly like a home away from home. The area was peaceful, with lovely walks to nearby restaurants, which we really enjoyed. It was also very close to the event we were attending, making everything so convenient. We had a lovely time and would absolutely stay here again. We hope to visit again soon!

We had an amazing stay here and couldn’t recommend it more. The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up with everything we needed. The location was perfect and made getting around super easy.
