My daughter and I stayed here for the close proximity to SDSU. We walked to campus for the admitted student tour. It felt very safe. The casita was very clean and comfortable. I would recommend staying here.

Jake's place is wonderful and we would happily stay there again. Loved the location, view from the porch, and the garden. Fully equipped for the beach and all kinds of fun (ping pong, cornhole). Wish we could have stayed long enough to enjoy it all!

This place was great! We really enjoyed the neighborhood and how walkable it was to restaurants and coffee shops. There was also a park close by for our toddler. The house was clean and overall perfect!

We really enjoyed staying here. The house was immaculate. We felt very much at home. The hosts were very responsive, friendly , and helpful; and didn’t overload us with messages or essays of information. We would definitely stay here again and any other property they host.

Plenty of comfortable space for our family of four to spread out. The house was convenient to everything we wanted to do in San Diego and beyond. Jake was very responsive and helpful.

Excellent location - close to restaurants and the park and short drive to other areas in San Diego. Spacious and clean. Very helpful instructions and dining recommendations. Very well-stocked and had everything we needed for our stay. Highly recommend.

We stayed at Jake's place while visiting family in the area. The house was very clean and comfortable with all the extras needed to make us feel at home. We enjoyed sitting on the quaint front porch with morning coffee and the walkability of the neighborhood. This house was ideal for us....a real gem!

Jake was very responsive and kind. The location was perfect, much closer to the beach than I thought. I was able to walk right over, see the sunset and read a book on the beach. We would definitely stay again!

Had a great stay overall. The place was clean, comfortable, and matched the listing. The location was convenient and made getting around easy. The host was responsive and helpful throughout the stay, which made everything smooth. Check-in and check-out were simple, and I didn’t run into any issues. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again.
