FLIGHT PATH This home is located in a coastal area of San Diego within the flight path for the nearby airport, so occasional aircraft noise may be heard. Flight activity is generally limited to the hours of approximately 6:30 AM to 11:00 PM. Most guests are not bothered and enjoy the beachfront setting, but those who are especially sensitive to noise may wish to plan accordingly. PATIO ACCESS The large ground-level patio is located directly outside the lower unit and is primarily reserved for those guests. Upper unit guests may access the patio to use the shared BBQ grill or to retrieve beach gear from the storage area, but the patio seating and lounge area are reserved for the ground floor unit. PLEASE NOTE: While Mission Beach is generally a very safe area, petty theft can unfortunately happen occasionally. We strongly recommend not to leave any personal or valuable belongings unattended on the patio or in your cars. Management is not responsible for any lost or stolen items. PET POLICY | No Pets Permitted Pets are not allowed at this property, including dogs, cats, or other animals. This policy protects guests with allergies and helps maintain the condition of the home. Unauthorized pets may result in additional cleaning charges and/or termination of the reservation without refund. HOUSE RULES • The primary guest must be present for the entire stay. Third-party bookings are not permitted. • The total number of guests must match the reservation. Only registered guests are allowed on the property. Visitors and unregistered overnight guests are not permitted. • No parties, events, or gatherings. • Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. • The property may have exterior security cameras and interior noise monitoring devices (no audio recording) • Smoking of any kind, including cigarettes, marijuana, and vaping, is prohibited inside and outside the property. Violations will result in a $500 fee. AGE REQUIREMENT • Minimum booking age is 25. • A valid government-issued ID is required for verification prior to check-in. • Reservations that do not meet the age requirement will be canceled. REQUIRED GUEST VERIFICATION & RENTAL AGREEMENT All reservations must complete guest verification through our secure portal prior to check-in. This includes: • Government-issued photo ID • Primary contact information • Confirmation of guest count and purpose of stay • Signed rental agreement Check-in instructions are released only after verification and agreement completion. SECURITY DEPOSIT A $1,000 security deposit is required for all direct bookings. The deposit is authorized prior to arrival and released after checkout, provided no damage, excessive cleaning, policy violations, or missing items are identified.

This is definitely one of the best Airbnb we stayed at, we didn’t want to leave! The view was spectacular, and you are basically 20 steps away from the beach. The unit is also very clean and spacious. Jake was very responsive and friendly. Will definitely come back.

Mission Beach is a very walkable area. Many restaurants, coffee shops, and beach activities are within walking distance along the boardwalk. For exploring beyond the beach, rideshare services like Uber and Lyft are readily available. Downtown San Diego, La Jolla, and the San Diego Zoo are all about a 15–20 minute drive.
