Beautiful place, as described. Sunset views from the living room or walk 100 feet to the beach. Safe location, no issues with parking (had 3 cars at some points), even with street sweeping day. Easy access to freeway, Oceanside, Carlsbad. My only suggestion is based on my personal preference but would be access to more blankets/bedding -only thin comforter and sheet on the beds. Excellent proactive communication. Will definitely return. Thank you.

This was our first time in Oceanside and staying at this location made it such a great experience—we could have easily stayed another day in Jake’s place. The area felt very safe and everything was great, from the location, to the view from the living room window, the sound of the waves, and how close it was to many great restaurants. We were very excited about how close we were to the beach—literally right across the street. We enjoyed the walks during low tide. There was also plenty to do just a short drive away. We were able to walk to the pier, ride bikes along the ocean, and enjoy the beautiful sunsets. Highly recommend—great place!

The property was nice and a very quiet neighborhood. Jake was responsive and flexible when we requesters to extend our stay! The only thing that was disappointing was the beach that was across the street was not much of a beach, to enjoy a beach we did have to drive.

We had a great time at Jake’s place. It’s quite literally steps from the shore, which made the location hard to beat. The tide was high most days so we didn’t get much beach time, but we made the most of it by biking around town, grabbing great food, and enjoying the weather. The space itself was modern, clean, and easy to access. Would definitely stay again.

Great peaceful place only steps away from the ocean. Spacious patio area to relax and listen to the ocean and drink morning coffee or watch the stars. Many great places to eat within walking distance.I cannot wait to come stay here again.

First I would like to say I was sad to go, we needed another day. The place is like new, everything was great from the location to the smell of the apartment. I really liked how clean it was and that they didn’t have overwhelming scented candles etc, like other places we have stayed at. My kids were so excited about our stay and how close we were to the beach( right across the street). There is so much to do within a few minutes of a car ride. Our stay this time was for a soccer tournament next time it will be so we can just relax for a few days. Great place!

Staying at this Oceanside beachfront condo was an incredible experience for our family. The location truly couldn’t be better—just steps from the sand with beautiful ocean views right from the balcony. Waking up in the morning to the sound of the waves and watching the sunset over the water in the evening made the whole trip feel relaxing and memorable. The condo itself was clean, spacious, and very well maintained. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, from a fully stocked kitchen to cozy living spaces and comfortable beds. Traveling with kids, we really appreciated how easy it was to go back and forth from the beach throughout the day without any hassle. Another highlight was how close the condo is to great restaurants, coffee shops, and fun activities along the Oceanside pier and harbor area.
