• Tide dependent beach nearby; Buccaneer Beach best for lounging. • Some road noise expected due to corner lot location. • No on site laundry. • Seven unit building; each listing is a private apartment. • Courtyard quiet hours: 9 pm to 9 am. • Shared courtyard also offers sunset seating. 🚫 Pet Policy (No Pets Allowed) • No pets are permitted at this property • Applies to cats, dogs, and all other animals • This policy protects guests with allergies and helps maintain the condition of our furnishings • Violations may result in additional cleaning fees or removal from the property 🏠 House Rules • The primary guest who makes the reservation must be physically present for the entire stay. Third-party bookings are not permitted. • The total number of guests must be accurately specified at the time of booking. Only the registered guests listed on the reservation are allowed on the property. Unregistered visitors or overnight guests are not permitted. • No parties or events • Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM • Smoking of any kind (including cigarettes, marijuana, and vaping) is strictly prohibited inside and outside the property. Violations will result in a $500 fine. 🔞 Age Requirement • Minimum age to book this property is 25 • A valid government-issued ID may be required to verify age before check-in • Reservations made by guests under the age minimum may be canceled if not verified ✅ Guest Verification For safety, insurance, and building requirements, all direct bookings must complete a quick verification through our secure guest portal. This includes providing a government-issued ID, basic contact information, the purpose of your stay, signing a short rental agreement, and submitting the refundable $500 security deposit. The process takes less than a minute. The security deposit is securely processed and released automatically after checkout, as long as no damage or rule violations occur.
