Some road noise is expected. • Bottom floor units may hear noise from above. • No on site laundry. • Courtyard quiet hours: 9 pm to 9 am. • This property features seven individually booked units. • Sunsets can be enjoyed from the shared courtyard. • Please note that beach supplies are not included with your stay. However, there is a nearby store where you can conveniently rent everything you may need. 🚫 Pet Policy (No Pets Allowed) • No pets are permitted at this property • Applies to cats, dogs, and all other animals • This policy protects guests with allergies and helps maintain the condition of our furnishings • Violations may result in additional cleaning fees or removal from the property 🏠 House Rules • The primary guest who makes the reservation must be physically present for the entire stay. Third-party bookings are not permitted. • The total number of guests must be accurately specified at the time of booking. Only the registered guests listed on the reservation are allowed on the property. Unregistered visitors or overnight guests are not permitted. • No parties or events • Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM • Smoking of any kind (including cigarettes, marijuana, and vaping) is strictly prohibited inside and outside the property.
