• Tide dependent beach; Buccaneer Beach is ideal for lounging. • Some road noise expected due to the corner lot. • No on site laundry • Quiet hours: 9 pm to 9 am. • Seven unit building; each listing is a private apartment. • Shared courtyard offers excellent sunset seating. 🚫 Pet Policy (No Pets Allowed) • No pets are permitted at this property • Applies to cats, dogs, and all other animals • This policy protects guests with allergies and helps maintain the condition of our furnishings • Violations may result in additional cleaning fees or removal from the property 🏠 House Rules • The primary guest who makes the reservation must be physically present for the entire stay. Third-party bookings are not permitted. • The total number of guests must be accurately specified at the time of booking. Only the registered guests listed on the reservation are allowed on the property. Unregistered visitors or overnight guests are not permitted. • No parties or events • Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM • Smoking of any kind (including cigarettes, marijuana, and vaping) is strictly prohibited inside and outside the property.
