🔹 House Quirks • The home is set high above a busy road. While most guests aren’t bothered by it, light sleepers may want to take this into consideration. 🐾 Pet Policy (Dog-Friendly) • Up to two dogs under 50 lbs allowed • No cats or other animals permitted • $100 per dog, per stay (must be added before check-in) • Dogs must be house-trained and well-behaved • Dogs may not be left unattended unless crated • No dogs on beds or furniture • Guests must clean up all dog waste • Pets must be disclosed at booking - undisclosed pets incur additional fees 🏠 House Rules • The primary guest who makes the reservation must be physically present for the entire stay. Third-party bookings are not permitted. • The total number of guests must be accurately specified at the time of booking. Only the registered guests listed on the reservation are allowed on the property. Unregistered visitors or overnight guests are not permitted. • No parties or events • Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM • Smoking of any kind (including cigarettes, marijuana, and vaping) is strictly prohibited inside and outside the property. Violations will result in a $500 fine. 🔞 Age Requirement • Minimum age to book this property is 25 • A valid government-issued ID may be required to verify age before check-in • Reservations made by guests under the age minimum may be canceled if not verified ✅ Guest Verification For safety, insurance, and building requirements, all direct bookings must complete a quick verification through our secure guest portal. This includes providing a government-issued ID, basic contact information, the purpose of your stay, signing a short rental agreement, and submitting the refundable $500 security deposit. The process takes less than a minute. The security deposit is securely processed and released automatically after checkout, as long as no damage or rule violations occur. By booking, you agree to complete this verification process prior to check-in. Check-in instructions will be released once verification is complete.
