Ceiling fans are provided in both bedrooms and the dining area, with additional portable fans available for added comfort. • Parking: A private garage is available and is best suited for a small to medium-sized vehicle. Additional street parking may be available nearby, but spaces are not guaranteed and are subject to local parking regulations. • Property Access: There are two ways to access the home: directly from the garage after parking or through the main front door.

HOUSE RULES • The primary guest must be present for the duration of the stay. Third-party bookings are not permitted. • The total number of guests must match the reservation. Only registered guests are allowed on the property. Visitors and unregistered overnight guests are not permitted. • No parties, events, or gatherings. • Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. • The property may have exterior security cameras and interior noise monitoring devices (no audio recording) • Smoking of any kind, including cigarettes, marijuana, and vaping, is prohibited inside and outside the property. Violations will result in a $500 fee. AGE REQUIREMENT • Minimum booking age is 25. • Government-issued ID may be required prior to check-in. • Reservations that do not meet the age requirement may be canceled. GUEST VERIFICATION For security, insurance, and building compliance, select reservations may require completion of a brief verification through our secure guest portal. This may include government-issued ID, contact information, purpose of stay, and acknowledgment of a rental agreement. Check-in instructions are released once verification is complete.
