Violations will result in a $500 fine. 🔞 Age Requirement • Minimum age to book this property is 25 • A valid government-issued ID may be required to verify age before check-in • Reservations made by guests under the age minimum may be canceled if not verified ✅ Guest Verification For safety, insurance, and building requirements, all direct bookings must complete a quick verification through our secure guest portal. This includes providing a government-issued ID, basic contact information, the purpose of your stay, signing a short rental agreement, and submitting the refundable $500 security deposit. The process takes less than a minute. The security deposit is securely processed and released automatically after checkout, as long as no damage or rule violations occur. Totally great stay! The place is exactly as described and as shown in the pictures; it was both comfortably cozy and totally clean. I can be a bit particular about a few things: furniture comfort, lighting, and cleanliness. Jake's place has comfy beds and sofa, plenty of dimmable lights, and it was very clean - yay! The walkable neighborhood has a lot going on, but the house and small yard sit a bit elevated above the street so it felt very private. I defintely recommend.

Jake was an incredibly responsive and attentive host. The stay was one of my better ones on Airbnb - the front yard is nice and tranquil, the bed comfortable, it was very walkable, off street parking was very useful - the Airbnb was spotless and had all of the essentials. Great place to stay! The house is very cute, well located, and very comfortable, with everything you need. We especially loved the private yard—enjoying coffee on the porch while watching hummingbirds bathe in the pond each morning was a highlight. The home was clean, and the neighborhood is quiet, with small restaurants, shops, and a park nearby. Highly recommend!

We stayed at Jake's place while visiting family in the area. The house was very clean and comfortable with all the extras needed to make us feel at home. We enjoyed sitting on the quaint front porch with morning coffee and the walkability of the neighborhood. This house was ideal for us....a real gem!

We loved staying here! This was the cutest house ever. There was only two of us but we had family over each night to eat dinner and hang out. We loved the private front porch area, the parking spot, the walkability to great restaurants, and the central location to many places. The best thing was that Jake was so helpful and easy to get ahold of. We would stay here again and again!

We absolutely loved staying at Jake's house. The entire place is beautiful, inside and outside. Perfectly equipped kitchen, comfy beds, lots of towels, front porch with comfy chairs and a little pond, back deck with table, chairs and a grill. Flowers and palm trees everywhere. Completely private. Washer and dryer and a driveway for parking your car off the street. We'll be back for sure!
