Violations will result in a $500 fine. 🔞 Age Requirement • Minimum age to book this property is 25 • A valid government-issued ID may be required to verify age before check-in • Reservations made by guests under the age minimum may be canceled if not verified ✅ Guest Verification For safety, insurance, and building requirements, all direct bookings must complete a quick verification through our secure guest portal. This includes providing a government-issued ID, basic contact information, the purpose of your stay, signing a short rental agreement, and submitting the refundable $500 security deposit. The process takes less than a minute. The security deposit is securely processed and released automatically after checkout, as long as no damage or rule violations occur.
